At 505 Mi Gente, every piece is made and packed with care. Because of the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining quality and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 505migente@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and make it right whenever possible.
